General Payment Service Policy

I. Service Overview
This payment service facilitates cross-border B2B transactions (with a standard single transaction amount typically not exceeding USD 50,000) by providing collection, payment, foreign exchange settlement, and related compliance declaration support through cooperating third-party payment institutions. The service is applicable to commercial scenarios such as small-scale wholesale, sample purchases, and custom orders, and is temporarily not available for individual retail transactions. All fund flows strictly comply with the foreign exchange regulations of the relevant countries.

II. Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment channels to accommodate different transaction needs:

  1. Wire Transfer: Suitable for large transactions, supports major currencies. Funds typically arrive within 1-3 business days, and applicable handling fees may apply.

  2. Third-Party Payment: Supports multiple currencies, suitable for all transaction scenarios (including small orders), enabling real-time or rapid fund arrival.

  3. Credit Card Payment: Suitable for urgent or small transactions, with per-transaction amount limits.

The payment service features regional adaptability and will prioritize recommending localized payment channels based on the user's location. Please note that the service is temporarily unavailable for countries and regions under international sanctions or affected by conflict.

III. Fees and Settlement

  1. Fee Description: The payment service may charge transaction handling fees, with specific rates clearly displayed. Volume-based fee discounts may be available for merchants reaching certain scales.

  2. Exchange Rate: Currency conversion will apply the market exchange rate at the time of payment, with exchange rate differentials borne by the user. The actual applicable exchange rate will be clearly indicated prior to payment.

  3. Settlement Process: Fund arrival times vary depending on the payment channel. Suppliers may choose to receive funds in the original currency or convert them into a specified currency. We will, in accordance with regulatory requirements, act as an agent or assist users in completing necessary cross-border income and expenditure declarations.

IV. User Rights and Responsibilities

  1. Buyer Obligations: Must provide authentic and valid business or identity information for transaction verification. Must not split orders to circumvent transaction limits and shall bear responsibility for fund returns resulting from fraudulent transactions. Must make payments as agreed; overdue payments may incur late fees.

  2. Seller Obligations: Must ensure the authenticity of the transaction background and retain transaction documentation as required by law. If a refund is requested due to product quality issues, confirmation must be provided within the agreed timeframe; otherwise, the system may automatically initiate the refund process. Must declare relevant foreign exchange income and expenditure data in accordance with regulations.

V. Risk Control and Dispute Resolution

  1. Risk Monitoring: The system monitors abnormal transactions and may require users to provide supplementary transaction documentation.

  2. Refund Rules:

    • Unshipped orders are eligible for a full refund.

    • Refunds for shipped orders, upon submission of valid return proof, will deduct incurred direct costs such as logistics and customs clearance.

    • Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment account.

  3. Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising from payment delays, exchange rate fluctuations, etc., will be addressed by coordinating with payment institutions to provide transaction evidence, with priority given to resolution through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted for arbitration.

VI. Miscellaneous
This policy will be updated in accordance with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and the rules of cooperating payment institutions. Updates will be announced in advance before taking effect.
